| Professional and fast! Couldn't use the coupon because of my type of car, but I was made aware of all charges before the work was performed. I will continue to do business with Youndstedts well into the future. |

| I have had many years of great service at Youngsteds. Jason and Brent treat me well and we analyze options when decisions need to be made. With two kids in college we have two higher mile vehicles in our family fleet and they give me options on what needs to be done and what we can wait and keep an eye on. |

| The staff at this store is top notch! Always up front an honest, friendly and trustworthy. The parts and service they provide are great as well. The only criticism I would have is that the coffee pot/maker needs some TLC. |

| Youngstedts did a good job, it is Goodyear I have a problem with. I had a Goodyear Credit Card in the past and had it with me when purchasing the tires. I was told I could not check on the use of the card until after the tires were installed. After installation, I was told the card had expired and I would have to reapply for credit. I filled out the form and was told I was being denied. I contacted the 3 credit bureaus and was told there was no problem. I got my FICO score and it was 815 which it listed as higher than 91% of people with credit. Because I could not get Goodyear Credit I was denied $160 rebate and 6 months financing. I have contacted Goodyear by mail and email and have yet to get a response. I want to know why I was denied a Goodyear Credit Card. |

| Awesome Service! I just brought two vehicles in for tires and I had one of the managers take another vehicle out to see what a rattle was. When he brought it back, he pulled in and said it was fixed. I asked him how much and he said it was no charge! After paying for two sets of tires, I really appreciated that! Every time Ive been in there, they have been very friendly and done a great job! |
