| There was grease/oil on my seat and on the lever to raise and lower the seat. Also there are chip marks on the right rear near the tail light apparently from when they replaced the light bulb. |

| They started to earn my trust with my vehicle needs after I moved to the west side of town & looking for a shop that's close to me. I brought my Silverado in for an alignment after I bought a new set of wheels & tires, I expressed my concerns about marking my new wheels as I've only had them for about two weeks & they didn't have an damage at that point. The service writer told me that they might leave little marks on the bead edge of the wheels but they would take extreme care when doing the alignment. When I went to pick up the vehicle after it was finished the service writer told me they had put scratches in one wheel surface & they were sorry about that. I was glad that he told me about it but I was really disappointed that he didn't offer any solution to the damage they caused other than painting over the damage with a black marker, which wouldn't work at all, plus he charged me for the alignment. These wheels weren't cheap, I spent the extra money because I wanted them to last, now the one wheel probably won't last as long because the finish as been damaged. Plus being black wheels this really sticks out. |

| Service was very fast. Got the oil change and safety inspection. Was kind of disappointed though since less then a week later I had to get 2 front wheel bearings and the inspection didn't notice. |

| Tires are good, but there was damage done to my car at some point from drop off to pick up... Brett, checked the tapes and I appreciate the effort and time he put in, but it still doesn't explain to me what happened. I checked the wheels/tires with my father in law the day before and the damage was not there. The car was not driven until I dropped it off. Upon pick up it was noticed. |

| Used mail coupons to get oil change and vehicle checkup. Was informed front brake pads were down to 10%/back pads down to 25%. Got quote for fronts and had them replaced elsewhere for $100 less. My other mechanic said, "They call this 10%?! You have about 50%. I can change them or slap them back together and wait 'til at least Fall, depending on how much you drive". I've had previous experience with Youngsted's "laundry list" of work that needs to be done. I went for the $17.95 oil change that cost me $26.47 after add-ons. I won't be back. If you go, GET A 2ND OPINION FROM AN HONEST PLACE, before proceeding with repairs. |

| I brought my new Ford F150 truck in for its first oil change and the tech under filled the oil by 1 3/4 quarts. When I received my bill I questioned the manager on how much oil was put in and he said the tech was correct which he wasn't. When I got home I check the dip stick and it wasn't showing I added the oil. I called the manager and he said I was correct and the tech didn't do his job and check the dip stick and make sure he was looking up the correct engine size. |

| Terrible service. Service took much longer than I was told. Turns out it was all a waste of time and money. They did not fix the problem with my vehicle They completed and charged me for services on my vehicle that I did not need. When I returned the next day, they told me that they would be able to repair the problem with my vehicle for a large additional fee. I am extremely disappointed and was cheated out of my hard earned money. |

| Very disappointed with service. Had a new set of Goodyear tires installed my 2005 Yukon. Service technician broke-off TPMS valve stem during installation. Repairs will cost me $100+. Air pressure in new tires ranged from 32 to 39 lbs. Will not take my vehicle back to this service center again. |
